Why Ambit

Designed for transactions that must still make sense after settlement

The hard part is not moving value. It is tying the verified client, incoming funds, quote, release decision and supporting record together. Ambit is designed to keep that workflow clear from start to finish

  • Verify the client, jurisdiction and use case before access
  • Route mismatches and unsupported events to review before release
  • Keep payment, quote, approval and settlement events in one reviewable trail

Multi-currency architecture

Frequently asked questions

What is Ambit?

Ambit is a verification-first operating layer for accountable cross-border settlement, operated from Australia under ACN 649 597 955. It starts with stablecoin settlement and is designed to extend into approved multi-currency collection, FX and fiat payout corridors.

How is Ambit registered?

Ambit is registered with AUSTRAC as a virtual asset service provider (registration no. DCE100883653-001). This is an AML/CTF registration. It is not endorsement, product approval or an Australian Financial Services Licence. Ambit does not currently hold an AFSL.

What is available today?

Ambit is in private beta. The launch scope is AUD→USDT for approved clients. Additional fiat payout corridors are planned but are not currently offered; availability will depend on partner support, client profile, jurisdiction, regulatory review and internal approval. Public self-service trading and programmatic access are not currently offered.

Who can use Ambit?

Access is invitation-only and subject to eligibility, jurisdiction, KYC/KYB and internal approval. Submitting an enquiry does not create or approve an account.

How does the beta workflow work?

The target beta workflow is scope review, verification, AUD payment instructions, a confirmed quote, payment matching, controlled release and retained operating records. Exact steps and availability depend on the client, partner readiness and approval.

How is pricing provided?

We provide commercial terms during corridor review. Before you commit to a transaction, Ambit confirms the applicable quote and settlement instructions so the commercial basis is explicit.

How can I verify Ambit?

Search the AUSTRAC Virtual Asset Service Provider Register by ACN 649597955. You can also verify the registered entity through the Australian Business Register.

How do I get access?

Fill in the form on the contact page and submit — we confirm whether the current scope fits before onboarding begins. Submitting does not create or approve an account.
