Company
An accountable Australian operator, stated plainly
Ambit is operated by Legger Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered with AUSTRAC as a virtual asset service provider. We are building the private-beta workflow in stages and publishing the limits as clearly as the ambition
Why we exist
Moving between Australian dollars and digital assets can involve separate onboarding, funding, quoting, release and record-keeping steps. When those steps are disconnected, the operating trail is harder to review.
Ambit is focused on one launch route: AUD→USDT for approved clients. The aim is to keep the verified profile, payment instructions, quote, release decision and supporting record connected.
We publish what we are and what we are not. Registration is not endorsement. Capabilities are labelled by their real state. That discipline is the product.
Why Australia
A real regulatory perimeter
Virtual asset service providers in Australia must register with AUSTRAC and meet ongoing AML/CTF obligations. Ambit's operator appears on the public register.
Accountability you can check
Our legal entity, company number and registration number are published on this site and verifiable in public registers.
An underserved corridor
Ambit is deliberately starting with a narrow AUD→USDT scope so operating controls can be validated before the product expands.
How we operate
Release of assets sits behind approval controls, with kill-switches and daily limits designed in. Incoming funds are matched to verified names; anything unusual is held for review.
We build in stages and say so. A capability is marked available only when its implementation and controls exist; until then it is labelled in development or architecture — on the website, and inside the company.
