Platform

One controlled operating layer, built to extend across corridors

The private beta starts with AUD→USDT. The architecture is designed to add verified fiat payout corridors without changing the controls around clients, funds, quotes, approvals and records

01Private beta

Verified onboarding

Identity and business verification (KYC / KYB) is required before access is approved. Eligibility, jurisdiction and use case are reviewed, and re-verification may be required.

  • Individual and business (KYB) flows
  • Sanctions and risk screening
  • No activation before verification completes
02In validation

Dedicated AUD collection

The target beta flow assigns AUD payment instructions to an approved profile, then routes incoming-fund mismatches to review before settlement proceeds.

  • Payment instructions tied to the approved profile
  • Name-matching control in validation
  • Exceptions designed to stop the flow
03Desk-assisted beta

OTC settlement desk

A desk-assisted AUD→USDT path for approved clients. The applicable quote and settlement instructions are confirmed before commitment; release decisions remain accountable.

  • All-in quotes agreed before commitment
  • Controlled release process
  • Kill-switch and daily limits by design
04In development

Records & reconciliation

Both sides of every workflow are captured: deposits, quotes, approvals, releases and exceptions. Statements and evidence are being built for the people who check the work — accountants, banks and auditors.

  • Full event trail on every transaction
  • Statements built for reconciliation
  • Daily channel-to-ledger comparison
Architecture

Client workspace, fiat payouts & integration

Future corridors are designed to route approved value to verified customer or beneficiary bank accounts in eligible currencies and jurisdictions through partner payment and FX capabilities. Currency availability, local or SWIFT routing and access remain subject to partner confirmation, client profile, regulatory review and internal approval.

Every module above sits behind the same control frame: verification gates, approval steps on sensitive actions, idempotent processing and retained evidence.
